Subscription credits are valid for 30 days (refreshed each billing cycle). One-time credit packs are valid for 365 days. You can check expiring credits anytime from your dashboard.

Credits are automatically refunded if generation fails. We use a freeze-settle-release system: credits are frozen when generation starts, settled on success, and released back to your balance on failure. You never lose credits to failed generations.

Your prompts and uploads are processed by third-party AI providers to generate videos. Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and appear only in your own library. They are not published anywhere, but each video file has an unlisted link, and anyone who has that link can open it. We maintain generation logs for compliance.
