What types of images can I enhance?
Product photos in JPEG, PNG or WebP format up to 4 MB. It works best on photos that are slightly dull, dark or soft: packshots, flat lays and lifestyle shots.
What enhancements are applied?
A fixed, rule-based edit (not generative AI, so the product itself is never redrawn): rotate upright using the photo's EXIF orientation, shrink to fit within 1920×1920 px (never enlarged), stretch contrast, lift brightness by 2% and saturation by 10%, sharpen, then save as a JPEG at quality 90. Photo metadata such as EXIF and GPS is not carried over.
How many images can I enhance for free?
Up to 10 images per day, with no account needed. The limit is counted per IP address and resets 24 hours after your first enhancement; signing up does not change it.
Is my photo stored?
Your original upload is processed in memory and not saved. The enhanced JPEG is saved to Kensa's file storage under a random, unlisted link so you can view and download it; anyone who has that link can open it.
Can I use the enhanced image for video ads?
Yes. Download it and upload it to Kensa's Image to Video tool to animate it into a video clip. Each video takes a few minutes and uses credits.
